hahs..currently studyin in lib in front of com..readin thru lect6..seems like my 1st time seeing tis set of ppt notes man..hahs

was readin thru my 'happiness is a way of mind a way of life'..learning to control negative emotions..it reali speaks to my situation la..yes..we may b gripped by a strong negative emotions at times,but as long as we distrust it,reign it in,test it,n turn it over to God..we ll den b surprised how fast our negative feelings can evaporate into thin air!

been tremendously blessed by tis bk..n God nv fails to stand for mi each time..
